Terms of service

These terms apply when you create a Darwaza account or use the service. Darwaza builds websites for businesses from a conversation and hosts them. Please read them with the privacy policy.

Your account

• You need an email address that you can verify.
• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• Free credits are for one account per person and per device.
• You must be able to enter into this agreement where you live.

Acceptable use

You must not use Darwaza to build or host:

• sites that imitate a bank, KNET or another payment page, a government service, or another company or person, or that claim to be them;
• forms that ask visitors for card numbers, card security codes, passwords for other services or one-time codes (payments happen only on the payment gateway's own page);
• content that is illegal, that infringes other people's rights, or that misleads or harms visitors, such as scams and malware.

You must not try to break, overload or get around the service's limits and protections. We may refuse a request, stop a build, or suspend a site or an account that breaks these rules.

Your content and your sites

• You own your content and your sites' content. You allow us to use it only to build, host and run your sites.
• You are responsible for your sites: their words, prices and products, how you treat your customers, and the laws that apply to your business.
• Content made with AI can be wrong. Read your pages before you publish them.

Plans, credits and launch

• The Free plan has one site. Paid plans add more sites, your own domain and code export; the pricing lists what each plan includes.
• Credits pay for the AI work. Every plan includes credits each month.
• Paid plans open soon. Until then they are offered through Contact us. Prices are listed in US dollars and charged in Kuwaiti dinars, at the amount shown before you pay.

Payments on your site

Your customers pay through your own payment gateway account, and the money goes to you. Darwaza is not a party to your sales, refunds or disputes, and the gateway's own terms and fees apply.

Suspension and ending

• You can stop using Darwaza at any time, and ask us to delete your account and your sites.
• We may suspend or remove a site or an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk. When we can, we tell you why first.
• When a paid plan ends, your account returns to the Free plan's limits.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes, and we tell you by email about important changes.
